2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony

With the surging waves and the favorable wind, we strive to live up to our youth. On January 13, 2023, the 2022 annual summary and commendation meeting of VEISE Electronics was grandly held at the company's headquarters. All members gathered together to celebrate this grand event.

Debriefing of project leaders

At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of each department of the company presented their work reports for the year 2022. The main contents of the reports included: the completion of key work in 2022, self-evaluation of job competency, key work planning for 2023, resources and support needed to achieve goals, and suggestions for the company. While elaborating on the annual work, everyone shared experiences, learned from each other, reviewed work performance and processes, summarized shortcomings, and drew on experience. Objectively and frankly analyze problems, propose improvement plans, and improve work efficiency.

Every drop of sweat deserves respect; every effort deserves to be remembered. In the past year, a group of excellent employees and managers who are positive and strive for the best have emerged in the company. At the meeting, Yan Yongping, the chairman of Guangzhou Veise Electronics, commended the outstanding individuals and excellent teams who performed well in the 2022 annual work. Certificates and bonuses were awarded to them to encourage them to continue to work hard and create greater glory. During the award presentation, the up-and-down applause from the audience below pushed the conference to a climax.

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Yan emphasized that 2023 is a critical year for the development of the company. We need to work hard to improve our internal skills, maintain strategic determination, continue to grow, and not be afraid of challenges. All Vision people should have a higher position and a larger pattern to adapt to the new development needs. The blueprint is drawn, and it is just the right time to set sail and break the waves; the road ahead is long, and we need to whip the horses even more. In the new year, let us take the mighty east wind of the new era, fill up the oil, hold the rudder steady, and gather our strength, and go to the stars and the sea. With a larger pattern, stronger innovation, and more solid steps, we will strive forward towards the goal of becoming an enterprise that insists on innovation, refined management,industry leadership, and well-known in the industry!
