5. Hardware Maintenance and Replacement

5.1 The product comes with a free warranty period of 12 months (except for wire harness and accessories).

5.2 For products that have been repaired or replaced within the warranty period, the warranty service will continue within the remaining warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than 6 months, it will be calculated as 6 months.

5.3 Product damage caused by force majeure is not within the scope of free warranty, and we will provide corresponding solutions and support.
